Aaron S. Manfredi
Aspeger’s Training, Employment and Life Skills
Aaron taught middle school reading, English, special emotionally challenged (SEC) students while coaching varsity high school football for C.C.S.D. He worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer II for Clark County and is the current Founder/Executive Director of the Asperger’s Training, Employment and Life Skills.
He’s a member of the following affiliations;
*American Psychological Association (APA)-Academic Achievement in Psychology.
*American Society of Public Administrators (ASPA).
*Pi Alpha Alpha-International honor society for public affairs and administration.
*International City/County Management Association.
*Alliance for Nonprofit Management.
*UNLV Center of Autism Spectrum Disorders-Ambassador.
Aaron is an Operation Desert Storm Veteran after earning the Southwest Asian Medal with a Bronze Star. One of his proudest accomplishments was protecting base dignitaries from the white house, pentagon and congress. Protecting dignitaries required extensive training from the NIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) and U.S. Marine-Recon. He also played on the World Champion U.S. Navy Softball team traveling to eight different countries in four months. He’s a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (V.F.W) and the American Legion.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his 19 year old son while mentoring young professionals, felons, students and veterans.
He’s played on 21 local and national championship softball, semi-pro football and flag football teams and is still very active with each of these teams. He’s a huge fan of all UNLV sports (GO REBELS) and donates a lot of his free time mentoring young athletes and veterans on campus.
