Heather Fitzgerald

Director of Brand Management

Joining the Tivoli Village team in 2016, FitzGerald acts as Director of Brand Management for the mixed use property. On boarded at a pivotal time for the destination, the seasoned marketing professional oversees the marketing and branding for Tivoli Village during the exciting opening of the property’s expansion, which along with its existing first phase, showcases an electric array of tenants with approximately 370,000 square feet of restaurants and retail space, and 300,000 square feet of office space completing the property at just under 700,000 total square feet.

Prior to joining the team at Tivoli Village, FitzGerald held the position of Director of Marketing for the Galleria at Sunset where she focused her efforts on building programs and partnerships with various community organizations – the mall hosts more than 100 community group events each year – creating a sense of community Southern Nevada’s residents have come to expect from the Galleria at Sunset.

FitzGerald helped to position the Galleria as more than just a retail hot spot but a hub for unique community partnerships and programming for families. As a result of her efforts on behalf of the mall, the International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc. (ICSC) has awarded the Galleria at Sunset with four of the industry’s highest marketing honors – U.S. MAXI Finalist in 2014, one silver U.S. MAXI in 2012, one gold and two silver U.S. MAXI Awards – in 2011 and with a Gold U.S. MAXI Award in 2010 in its annual prestigious MAXI Awards competition.

FitzGerald is also an event organizer for the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Program and the Angel Tree program and serves as an event organizer for the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s MDA & HFD Annual Boot Drive at the Galleria.

In her spare time, she is an advocate for higher education in Southern Nevada. She served on the UNLV Alumni Association Board of Directors and headed their membership and marketing committee from 2009-2012.
Currently, she serves on the Las Vegas Natural History Museum’s Board of Directors where she led the marketing and Sundown in Downtown committees.

FitzGerald has been recognized as an accomplished marketing professional by several respected business publications. In 2011, she was featured in the Las Vegas Business Press annual “Women Who Mean Business” issue. In 2012, VEGAS Inc. recognized her in the annual “Women to Watch” issue and in 2015, selected by the Las Vegas Business Press as one of the “Rising Stars of Business”.

In 2013, FitzGerald completed the ICSC Global School of Professional Management and is a graduate of the University of Las Vegas, Nevada with a B.A. in Communication Studies.
