About the Director

Asperger’s has had a dynamic role in Aaron’s life and those that are in it, including his family, friends, and personal relationships. It is through this exposure that he has developed a high degree of passion and understanding towards their struggles. He became tired of seeing so many people who were close to him experience discrimination while they were seeking employment. Aaron empathized with his friend’s emotional experiences when they were denied jobs for which they were well qualified. Public awareness within our community and building lifelong relationships with employers is a primary target of our organization.

Aaron has over eight years of experience in working with people who have special challenges, including teaching special emotionally challenged (SEC) students while coaching varsity high school football for the Clark County School District. He then worked five years as a Juvenile Probation Officer II for Clark County. His job duties included working in the high security unit, intake and supervising house arrest. Aaron gained a great deal of knowledge working with youth that had documented mental illnesses. Aaron brings years of outside management experience including five years as our Founder/Executive Director.
